Meet Dr. Emmy Park, DDS
Dr. Park came to the US when she was 20 to get her bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry at the University of Washington. Later, she got her master’s degree in Global Medicine at the University of Southern California. She then came back and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Washington.
Dr. Park comes from a long line of dentists. Growing up, her grandfather and her dad were dentists, and she found inspiration in becoming one as well. She enjoys helping her patients attain and maintain healthy oral care, and also appreciates the opportunity to help them achieve smiles they are proud of.
When Dr. Park has free time, she enjoys staying active by playing tennis and golf and winding down by watching movies.

Why did you choose the field of dentistry?
It runs in the family. Grandfather was a dentist, and father is a dentist.
I like to make/change something pretty/nice, love to see when patients are satisfied with my work.

Dr. Park is a skilled and compassionate general dentist who takes pride in helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles. She comes from a family of dentists, with both her grandfather and father practicing dentistry, inspiring her from a young age to follow in their footsteps. With a passion for both science and artistry, she finds joy in delivering high-quality dental care and seeing the positive impact of a transformed smile.
Originally from South Korea, Dr. Park moved to the United States at age 20 to pursue her education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Washington, followed by a Master’s in Global Medicine from the University of Southern California.
She then returned to Washington to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Washington School of Dentistry, where she received an award in Restorative Dentistry Case Presentation Photography for her excellence in dental aesthetics and treatment planning.
Dr. Park is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-focused care, whether helping patients improve their oral health or enhancing the aesthetics of their smiles. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Park enjoys staying active by playing tennis and golf and unwinding with a good movie.
