Dental Insurance Coverage
As a courtesy, we will process most insurance claims in our office, which will relieve you of this time-consuming and sometimes complicated task. The patient (or guardian) agrees to be fully responsible for the total payment of the procedures performed in this office, including any portion not paid for by the insurance carrier. Payment for the estimated portion not covered by insurance is due at the time of service.
Payment Plans
We offer interest-free payment plans so that you can get the treatment you need. Ask our front desk for more information about your options.
Insurance and Patient Co-payments
Dental insurance can play a significant role in your treatment fees. This is why it’s important to properly fill out your new patient paperwork with any insurance information.
Submitting your paperwork in advance allows us to prepare your benefit materials before you receive treatment. This includes any fees and co-payments dictated by your insurance policy. We are happy to work with your insurance provider and answer any questions you may have in regard to your policy.
